By accessing or using AcqFlo("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AcqFlois a deal pipeline management tool designed for real estate acquisition teams. The Service provides deal tracking, document management, AI-powered data extraction, team collaboration, and analytics features. The Service includes a web application and an Outlook Add-in ("AcqFlo— Send to Pipeline") that allows users to submit emails and attachments for deal extraction.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account with others or transfer it to another person

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook (via the AcqFlo Outlook Add-in), Anthropic Claude (for AI extraction), and various government data APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. The Outlook Add-in accesses only the email you explicitly choose to submit and does not scan or index your mailbox.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byAcqFlo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACQFLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AcqFlo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
